The Pilates method is a strength and flexibility system that reinforces and tones the body muscles and also stretch them at the same time, improving the posture, gaining flexibility and balance, and unifies body and mind too.

In addition, in our Physical Therapy Centre, this modality is used to treat, rehabilitate and even prevent injuries or pain such as cervical, lumbar or back pain and other muscle-skeletal disorders thanks to our specialised exercise programme based on the Pilates Method.
